Finding Your Location
The Moor Cycle Hub is located within APCOA's The Moor Sheffield Car Park. The Hub is accessed via an blue / grey external door, on the corner of Earl Street and Eyre Street (the side of the building closest to the Moor market). You'll know it's the correct door because the door has a handle with a keypad on it.
You cannot access the Hub from inside the car park, so please head for the external door - not the car park entrance itself.
You can search for the Hub on Google Maps by searching “The Moor Cycle Hub”. The what3words location of the Hub is earth.wins.object
The wider car park also contains a seating area with vending machines, parcel lockers and has free Wifi should you need to connect.
Please note - the facility has recently opened and eBike charging will be added shortly.
Entering the space
Find your booking ticket for the day and press “Get Entry Code” to reveal the main entry code for the door.
Enter the code into the keypad on the door.
When entering the code please make sure you enter the star before the 6 digits.
If the code is entered wrong a few times the lock can stop functioning for around 30 seconds as a security measure so please give it a chance to re-set before entering again.
Please enter the code slowly - the lock is not time sensitive so take your time and press the buttons gently.
Please note that entry codes will not show up until the day of the booking.
This code will run until midnight. If you are returning after midnight please let us know in advance so we can generate a post-midnight code for you.
Parking your bike
Please make sure that you park your bike in the allocated space. This is found within your booking ticket under “Space”.
Returning to the Space
Collect your bike using the same entry method as above.
Checking Out
When you've finished with Daily booking, pressing "Check Out" will finish your booking and place your individual rack inside a Hub or Outdoor Locker back online, for other cyclists to book.
