We get it, sometimes plans change and you might not be riding your bike in as planned.

If you need to cancel a booking, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] and we'll open up your rack to another cyclist.

Please note, we are happy to take cancellations up until the day of a booking but we don't process refunds for bookings cancelled on the day of a booking.
